Was "spice" everywhere or just the rgv gettoh?

 

Yeah I read about it. Apparently it was in the dealer shop for like a month for work and that happened less than a day after he picked it up. Haven't read any follow-ups though. Sucks.

I went to a high school on an island of fabulously rich people. We had weed and super expensive designer drugs, none of that gutter trash shit haha

 

He was speedrunning head gasket replacement.

 

Lol I have a 99 Forester that's been leaking from the headgaskets for who knows how many miles.

 

All you had to say was Forester, that alone tells me the headgaskets and likely most other seals are leaking.

 

Both of you just reminded me I go back into the office in about a month and have to start hiring roughly 170 people.

 

Can you hire me just to fire them all once you don't need them anymore.

No motivation, no initiative. Can't blame em when going above and beyond means they'll still get laid off next summer

For us we have summer operations also so we do offer year round employment. Also I start 16 year olds at $16 with no work experience. I think that's motivation to work.

 

I am partial to OBS Subarus, especially the Outback Sport with the EJ22 and the second gen Forester/Outback with MLS head-gaskets. Those are two of my dream cars, along with a 3rd gen Camry with the 5SFE.

I'm more implying when you get paid based on performance, it's a lot more motivating - and it's been scientifically proven to be more effective than a pre-determined salary. Performance bonuses are another option.
But I mean, $16/hr is nothing to scoff at but you gotta know the type of person first. Especially kids these days who feel entitled to everything.

 

You have uh, eccentric dreams haha. But I will grant you that the EJ22 is possibly Subarus best engine

 

Entitlement is our biggest problem here. Kids know that there parents average income is $500,000+ a year. So if they don't work they still get money from the parents.

 

Once you put MLS HGs on a 2.5 they're pretty bulletproof too
