Yeah, I have a REIT tilt because I just don't see anyway pathway to supply matching demand in housing over the next decade at least.

I think we're going where Canada is and its going to stay that way until the trades are as respected as they should be again.

All my stuff is at fucking Vanguard, including my little gamblefolio, and even they're free.

texted my uncle (retired corporate lending banker), whom i chat with about market happenings often, this am about passing the 4170 mark and he was like "sell everything now" lol. Suffice to say he is not optimistic whatsoever about the market recovery and he thinks we are destined for a recession. I dont quite share the same sentiment lol. But im also a smooth brain so...
