That's a horrible idea. What time?
My neighbor Matt with the Cement Taco just supercharged his. He wants to go out and play. We're talking about FPK on the 20th (Saturday). Anyone interested? Maybe @03dumdum could bring his wife and the bikes? (Or the Taco we haven't seen with a rear window.)

Dave, what’s your opinion on those Ironman tires. I’m thinking about getting a set mainly cuz the price is unbeatable, but also worried because the price is unbeatable. Think I should buy once cry once or are they pretty nice for the money?

For my short time with them, I love them. They're pretty quiet; even in the Jeep. They ride good for a MT. No craziness on the highway. You've seen them off-road and your memory is probably better than mine. I don't remember having any issues with them. My inability to get up the hill was more the vehicle than the tire. And the price is perfect! That way when the inevitable sidewall puncture happens you'll only cry a little.

My mud tire experience is pretty limited, so take that into account. My experience is a hybrid made by Nitto, whatever the military uses, those recaps I had on the Tacoma, and these. In all honesty, I've found that a good mud tire is more dependent on the driver mod rather than the tire. As long as you have some spaced, gnarley lugs, anything is possible.

    I wasn't there yet.

I will tell you that every time I think about those mice launching out of that thing, I start laughing. Especially the long distance mouse.

Can you put a tape measure to them so I can see their height under load? At around 30psi.

It's in my memory. I had to do this to try and calibrate the speedometer. 35x12.5x17@30 psi is approximately 34.50 inches.
