C65306F3-E3B4-47AA-8CFB-6B0E386C09BE.jpg What’s up everyone, this is my first post here and I’m sure it gets asked a lot so sorry I’m advance.

I’m looking to lift and upgrade my 18 OR DCLB wheels and tires, I want the aggressive look of tires sticking out. Im looking at the RR7-H wheel, Im not sure if the route to go would be a -12 offset or a 0 offset with spacer of some kind.

Any help or pictures dropped below would be a big help, thanks!

17x9 -12 is what I’ve been running for the past 3 years. Love the fit. Running 275/70

I'm a huge fan of it with my 235/85r16 tires.

    Wide and stable foot print

got pictures of your truck? Those tires seem a bit thin for a “wide footprint”

    unless you’re trolling

I suppose I mean a wide stance. Wide wheel base, etc etc. For me, it seemed to handle better when I had the rtt Up top as apposed to stock wheels

Truck looks great! That tire size is rare on TW and I was having a hard time picturing them but with the scs F5 they look great and probably perform even better!

Thank you! The rims a little wide than stock so the tire takes some work to mount but they're doing great after many mile

I'd also like to point out that with the rim and tire combo, loaded down, I regularly get 18mpg on my route. Usually avg 16.5mpg per tank

    17x8 1/2" 0 offset for me. Running 285/70/17 nitto G2's. I'm really happy with this setup.IMG_20220523_201618060.jpg

Thank you. I'm running Bilstein 6112/5160's at 2 1/2" lift from stock. Icon delta joint tubular UCA's made a big difference. No cab mount chop, no cutting and no rubbing. Still running factory mudflaps too.IMG_20220523_201831906.jpg

Ran a set of Ray 10s previously that had negative offset, didn't really care for them because they would constantly kick rocks up

go 285/75r17 i recommend these over the 285/70s, bigger tire so it’s gonna look better imo, and it takes minimal modifications similarly to the 285/70s to get them to fit, there’s even a dedicated thread to them titling “the perfect tire size for 3rd gen”. these are the nitto RG’s with -10 offset ray10s in gunmetal with a ~2in lift all around. but the more the tires stick out, the more you compromise the side of the truck being more prone to scratches from flung rocks & etc.
