To those of you who know about paint: what the fuck and how do I fix this? I don't think the bedside has clear coat so can I just sand away the bubbles and touch up pen these?

I would strip the whole bed. Assuming you do sand and touch up odds are the problem will resurface elsewhere. My 2 cents.

Looks like it was splashed with brake fluid or something, not an issue with the entire bed. Any touch up or partial repaint will most likely be noticeable.

Have to find the color match spray paint. Found it for mine on eBay by typing in my paint code and spray paint. Tape off each area, sand, clean, prime, paint, clear.

Paint pen might be undersized and make a mess.. it will want to run.

My other 2 cents would be. Color matching. UV discoloration is impossible to match just saying. That would be the prime reason for a complete repaint job. I agree it does look a lot like careless brake fluid dispersal from somewhere.
    Any disgruntled females?

Before we talk repaint... this is the truck in question in its preferred environment. That said, on most other vehicles I agree with you.

    Donkey Kong rusts?!
My head is starting to hurt just thinking about it.
If it weren’t for my horse I wouldn’t of had to spend that last year in college. wrap your head around that!

I won't have much to do by that point. Depending on how things look, maybe dropping the skid for cleaning + oil changes/diff fluids could make sense to do then. But I'm free!

Where the heck is it?

Where you? I would be coming from Providence. I'm not a 100% commit though.

That's why I went white. VERY easy to match, or at least match a 5/10 20ft job.

I'd at minimum clean it up and slap some clear on there.

To make things worse, I have the white

 you've created a brand new sentence.

    Oh. That's like 2h 30 each way.

    TBD.
