Can’t cowboy it. It’s the kids bike. He’s going to woodward next week and needs to be able to shred a proper setup. Took all apart except that BB.

The "environment" at the shop that's farther away feels more like a place I can work at.

They have strong policies and procedures, and me being extremely punctual with perfect attendance can easily adhere to those things.

So I'd feel a bit more at home there, but the hours are somewhat dreading.

I can't say that in comparison to the shop I'll be doing a weld test for tomorrow though as it was my first time there today. The 2 welders basically called their boss and told him "I've got someone I'm recommending" sort of thing so I just went there right after my side job.

Check out Park Tool on YouTube, not sure about bottom bracket but almost every bike topic has a dry but detailed walkthrough by them

Wow, even managed to ID the beach? Haha that’s amazing.

Was camping down the road for a few days.

I will definitely take you up on that offer next time. When does the snow season start? Would love to come up to Tahoe in the winter.

The solar/Bayliner deep cycle battery did not work that great for camping haha. It powered my ARB Fridge for 2 days and then died. Didn’t help I was running the air compressor off it to pressurize my Waterport.

The 100w panel I had really only had full sun for maybe 2 hours. Really works better in direct sunlight.
