This was the truck Thursday of last week.

 

My Honda mower is great. Bearings, not bushings at all 4 corners, mulch/bag/or any combination thereof with their versamow system, excellent mulching, durable deck that will never rust. Mine is close to 8 years old and runs like a top. Complicated controls...? Really...? Like cutting height adjustment and a self propel speed dial? Yeah, it's pretty complicated... Even the ones with the clutch are easy to operate; I see gradeschool kids using them all the time in my subdivision.
Maybe an old school rotary mower is best for you; it's less "complicated."

The truck did not come with one. I ordered the truck. Or in other words. I found a Dealer with an allocation on a AG Pro. There are no factory options other than Color and Transmission (I think) on a Pro. All other options are Dealer/Port installed. I added the mud flaps and tailgate inserts to the truck when "ordering" the truck. I don't remember seeing the CAI on the options list.

I deleted my post after I googled it. I didn’t know Pros didn’t come with the TRD CAI.

Well done. Its sad that great customer service is so rare that it blows us away but it sounds like you got the treatment that we all want and expect from a dealership when we pay so much for our cars. I like my nice things and nothing pisses me off more than getting something back from a shop and it being worse than when i dropped it off. Glad this wasnt the case for you.

 

At least these days were not set up for much disappointment. We’ve all learned to expect very little and it’s usually what we get.

If it makes you feel better.... client just got back from France/UK... he was taken aback how "they just take it" - referring to stagnate lines in their airports. He said there were in lines for a staggering two hours + - he added, "the exact line w/ more people in the US were 6 minutes tops" - his theory is they just "take it" over there. We got that going for us in these less than inspiring current situations.
