It seems like doctors are just mechanics of the human body, they just throw whatever they can at it and hope it works.

I went to the doctor about my left shoulder several months ago, he gave me a shot of cortisone in it and told me to come back in X amount of weeks. Thank goodness for online appointment cancellations, I got a reminder and cancelled it. Why do I need to go for a follow up?

I haven't had one in awhile, got some pills that help, but dey aint nearly as good as one of dem miracle cure shots.

 

I can understand this. My wife experiences the same thing. Miserable some days to the point of tears. When she was in the hospital was probably the worst I've seen. The pain after intestinal surgery she was begging for death. It's really hard to sit there and see that. Breaks your heart right in half. The damn doctors wouldn't give her pain meds on time so she had to suffer between doses. I'm not too proud to say I went home some nights and cried myself. It's hard to see the person you love in that condition. My heart goes out to your wife and you. I know the heartache and I've seen the pain. Prayers my friend.

 

Been working on this for a while. Can’t wait to be done. Man is it dull!

Glock MOS screws are a pain, good luck with that . I like the attachment system for optics but those screws are weak. Bet it’s the wrong length and he bottomed out on the ejector rod which is below that screw. Kept trying to crank it down because it wasn’t flush on that side. It’s 15 in-lbs people, not foot-pounds . Tell the owner to check that ejector rod after he gets the slide back, it probably need replacing. Glock armorer rant over now.

If anybody has one and wants some optic tips let me know. I maintained a fleet of 350 optics guns at work.

Thanks guys. I get real self conscious about doing work like this, I never want someone to walk by it and say, “who did this it looks like crap”. Hopefully that won’t be the case.
