That would be great except we're planning to be on the road both days... but plans change so let's keep an open mind and stay in touch.

Normally not a long shot at all... Just happens to be bad timing in September. Have you ever driven the Skyline Drive between Tucker and I-70? More a Taco/Jeep road than ATV, but beautiful.

    Afternoon all:

Mowing day today, it was overdue!
They say an average person eats around 6lbs. of dirt in their lifetime, between working in a foundry and the dust from mowing, I think I am way past that.

    Good news for sure!!

Off to the Patient First clinic this morning. I have one ear with a stuffy condition. This past week has been one head thing after another. Most seem to be pollen related but I need to know for sure.

Going to do pork and pineapple K-Bobs for dinner tonight.

Good afternoon all. It’s a hot and muggy day with monsoon storms piping up in the evening. I got a round of golf in this morning. I own a double eagle 35 years ago but not a hole-in-one. I came within 6” of an ace today. Damn! Hopefully I’ll get one soon.

    Have a great evening everyone.

Dead man walking….my wife wants me to haul our living room furniture from our home in Odessa to our apartment in Ocala and give the living room furniture we have in the apartment now to her sister. That’s fine, I’m all about helping out her sister whenever we can. But I ran my mouth and told my wife we can rent a small UHaul trailer and we’ll take it up there with my truck. Im starting to question the wisdom of pulling maybe 1100 lbs of trailer plus furniture for 90 miles behind my 18 year-old 4-banger with 95K miles and I'm pretty sure she will either kill me within the first 20 miles of the trip or refuse to ride home in the truck. I don’t know how the 2nd and 3rd gens ride but my 1st gen rides like a Red Flyer wagon and why not? Its a truck. She’s used to her 8-way adjustable heated and cooled power leather seats and in the truck she gets…a seat. This is going to be an epic adventure.

What does she drive with "8-way adjustable heated and cooled power leather seats"? Put a trailer hitch on that and save your truck.

Audi Q5 lease. The Audi is fun to drive with a zippy little turbo and paddle shifters but I prefer my truck. My wife is none too fond of the Taco though, she’s convinced it’s an accident waiting to happen. In the 3+ years I’ve owned it she has sat in it exactly 3 times. Once the day I brought it home, once when the key fob battery on her car died and we were late for a doctors appointment and once when she helped be bleed the brakes.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I raced offroad for 16 years. Some of that dirt was mixed with Elk dung and some was mixed with Mink dung. You've never lived...
