The problem I see is duplicating to seat for the lug nut.

Perhaps heat the thick washer up red hot and using an arbor press -- you would still need some kind of dies for the shape.

Without the seats it would wear the studs like Shane said.

I'm surprised the studs aren't wore already. They had be slopping around for quite some time to make those holes so big.

    I was guessing field office/outhouse. :D

Not yet, but it's bound to happen! I had to empty out the tool box for a job ( to actually keep tools in, of all things...) and the fuses and volt ohm meter are unaccounted for. They will show up in the dumbest place sooner or later.

    Story of my life.
I searched high and low at 3 properties for my drum auger, finally bought another.
About six months later I found it under the seat of the daily van, probably has 10,000 miles on it.

I'd try to see if HF or Northern Tool has a cheap replacement.

Hooks came in yesterday, where I want to weld them to my loader there isn’t a whole lot of room. The metal is only 1/8” so I welded them to these plates to get a little more bite.

Since you guys were helpful with my well pump, here's some more stuff ha. did a drain and refill on the water heater and stuck the inspection cam in there for some inspections while I had the anode out. would yall be worried about the walls of this thing? I know the heating elements are going to need to be replaced, and I couldn't get all the sediment out but figured it was better than before.IMG_0006.jpgIMG_0006.jpg IMG_0007.jpgIMG_0006.jpg IMG_0007.jpg IMG_0009.jpg
