Get them to lend you a pair, get everything dialed in. Then get a few more of those rolling shots at cinders with a fade to the ADS logo at the end. Your shocks could be their whole advertising budget for the year and they'll still pull business from it

I’ve definitely got some business thrown their way between a few buddies and a bunch of people on IG hitting me up. Especially after the stock looking 4runner video a few weeks ago.

Hole saw worked out pretty well for removing the steering bungs for the tundra rack.

Used a plasma cutter to make the holes wider and then cut 2 plates out and welded the bungs back in for the tundra rack install. I didn’t touch the bottom holes until I fully welded them then I sent a drill bit down the hole.

What're you going to do about the difference in bolt diameter between the two racks? Put a sleeve in the rack bushings? Drill out the bungs?

Either find a bushing or ream the holes to the size of the rack.

If anyone was wondering the tundra brake booster doesn’t fit with Solo’s bypass mounts. Will the Tundra master fit on the Tacoma brake booster? I remember @DOUBLLD was working on an adapter for a Wilwood master but nothing came of it. Any ideas for better brakes with limited clearance?

I had looked into using the tundra booster with the stock MC because I still have drum rear but wanted a firmer pedal. It wasn’t an option though because the tacoma MC and tundra MC aren’t the same hole pattern. So it’s safe to assume the opposite is also true and you can’t use a tundra mc on the tacoma booster.

SOS Performance sells a master cylinder kit that’ll bolt up to the tacoma booster, uses an MC off of a Camry I believe.

    Stock-ish
In the past I've used an 86-95 4runner booster with a 3/4 ton chevy master, worked great with the big ole one ton brakes. Not sure if they make a tacoma-gm adaptor, but that has been the best brake setup I've felt, even with 42s.

I just remembered about this post. The only difference on 09-15 MC is they have M12 fittings and 05-08 have M10, so this MC should still bolt up with a couple of M12 -> M10 reducers.

Or this is always an option.

It’s pretty much back to stock now. Might sell it and get a rav4.
