    Morning! Fun day ahead!

    Tire on the front passenger side is cupping something bad so Im going to rotate it to the back and check out the suspension then until get it in for a balance/realignment this week and have them swap the tire from the spare wheel to the current one and keep the cup’s tire as a spare! The shake is horrible in the steering wheel!

    Ill chalk it and take a pic!

    Coopers have 70k on them and started cupping pretty good. Still enough tread to pass inspection. I ordered a new set just like them. Last time I bought them they were just under $200 now over $300. So just hope these last as many miles.

    For now, they’re trying to hire some help. I get a young lady from the beer shop a couple days a week. She’s a good worker but we need more hard to find folks that want to work. I already told them if they plan on bottling every day and doing harvest at the same time again I will leave

    I’ve gone through 7 people in the last 6 years… I wish we could get people to stay but damnit! And now we’re about to do another acquisition/divestiture and bring more shit down and not increase headcount, a department of one ain’t going to cut it! Hell I’m not sure two would be enough!

    We went from bottling 1 day a week with a crew of 8 to a crew of 2, me and the boss. We now have to bottle almost everyday and we both have health issues. To give some perspective we were the 4th largest producer in the state last year and moved 57,000 cases.
