I'd add a couple hundred to "creak chasing" and "clicking noise"

I really want to try this combo. Will acquire once the front becomes available, looks like that could be a minute though.. I'll want enduro/soft f/r, will be leaving my cush XCs in.

I finally finished off my rear DHR2 maxx grip and threw a Dissector back on there. So easy to pedal in comparison, ended up doing 21mi/4200ft today.. :ballchain:

I have a dissector in the back for the same reasons and love it. Doubt I'll try the Continental in the back very soon.

I’m blaming you guys… I got my bike back from the shop brake bleed and my TRPs have a slow leak at the reservoir cap bolt. I think my bike overheard you guys talking new brakes and it wants new ones too

I have just been hazing myself with the maxx grip rear. It's total overkill for summer around here, it was just an old front that I needed to finish off. The Dissector I just threw on is a 3C which generally don't last me too long but fuck it I'm not payin Maxxis tax too much longer.. I'm cool with the DC on the back but the one I had saved was lookin a lot worse than I remembered... :sawzall:

    not enough.
I've tried it before. I kinda like it for taste. I think it worked really well for my race. Hard to tell. I also used Nuun at the same time so...yeah.

    But it is pricey.

I do. I usually throw 2-3 packets in 80-100oz of water. I only use it in extreme heat or long back to back rides.

I’d just buy some optimum nutrition bcaa plus electrolytes at Costco.

I don’t know that I feel any difference, but at least it tastes good. About 50 cents a serving or 25 cents when I use it since a 2 scoop serving is strong flavor wise.

I use a drink supplement called LMNT, and use it daily. Liquid IV I picked up a few weeks back so I could have something to drink in the afternoons when water just wasn’t quenching my thirst. The LMNT is my morning drink with breakfast and I really like it. And for my bike rides, I am using Scratch.

I sweat buckets, and it’s full of sodium (sweat stains all over). And a few years ago, I started cramping quite a bit, both on the bike and while I was sleeping. I added the LMNT and noticed a difference in the cramping almost immediately. Then I started adding in the Scratch as well, because the LMNT was a bit too much sodium for my rides and made my mouth feel like I needed to rinse. I don’t get this when it’s just my normal water drink.

Everyone’s different in how you’ll respond, but this combination throughout the day has worked well for me.
