    ...^^^... Yes, ... but were those "Real Quads" ?? I am not sure ??

    I think that big Mercury cruiser had "Real Quads" in 1957 ?

    Looks like a nice car, but an L88 hood scoop on a Camaro just rubs me the wrong way...kind of like a 6" cowl induction hood on a Fox-body (or any Mustang for that matter).

    Actually, in that photo those aren’t “real” quads. If you look closely you’ll see that the inside lights are actually what we called parking lights/turn signals. My older brother had a 1957 Belvedere with lights like this. Now, according to our friend Google, as stated, the Fury model did indeed have quad headlights.

    Hmmmm…I had a 1983 SR5 4x4 as well. It was white with the identical stripes but in silver. Coincidentally when I owned it I was right down the road from La Jolla.

    Already happened this morning. Some guy in a jacked up ram got behind me and started honking at me when I pulled up to the pump and proceeded to yell at me for taking up the only diesel pump that was open and tried to tell me to move to another pump. I just shrugged at him, walked into the 7-11 to pay for gas and came back out and filled up. I’ve never seen somebody look so ashamed and confused at the same time.

    the amount of looks I get on the road is hilarious. Had a cop at the local HEB follow me into the parking lot and ask me what the hell I was driving.

    I’ve never had a vehicle get so much attention before.
