Bilstein 5100s at 1.75", Level 8 Tracker wheels, white lithium grease mod for creaky clutch pedal
Truck: 2010 TRD OR PreRunner, 6-speed, 122k miles, Bilstein 5100s in front (stock suspension otherwise)

Issue: I've been getting a giggling squeak that only presents itself when taking off rather hard...it doesn't really do much when taking off slow and easy. It kind of reminds me of a higher-pitched turkey call. It will also squeak while 1st is fully engaged if I hit the gas hard enough for the truck's weight to lurch backward. It's coming from somewhere underneath the truck. Today while in neutral and pulling into my driveway, which has a steep upward slope, it also let out a few squeaks. I hear it most when the truck is cold and when it's cool/humid out. I first heard it last winter - it went away for several months and is now back.

Things I've eliminated: This is not a pulley or belt, nor anything from the engine. It also doesn't sound like the haunted house door-like creak you get from leaf springs. It doesn't strike me as u-joints either, because it's not a constant squeak and the frequency doesn't change with speed. No noise at all when just cruising along.

Further thoughts & info: Initially I thought I had the throwout bearing issue, but it makes no noise idling in neutral. I've read a lot on the throwout bearing issue over the last 12 years. I've seen videos where instead of the actual TOB squeaking the issue ended up being a jiggling clutch fork. I'd investigate that further if it was possible to grease the fork pivot without taking the trans apart. The fact that it squeaked when hitting the slope of my driveway in neutral has me doubting that it's the transmission. I can jump up and down on the bumper and rock the truck from side to side without hearing anything.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! Sorry for the long read. I like to make lots of observations :D

Edit: FYI my wheel bearings are shit and need to be replaced (groaning at fast speeds and vibrations when going slow).

U Joint. The noise is usually a chirp chirp chirp as you leave from a stop and then it will seem to go away as you speed up.

That seems like alot of movement. I had that chirping noise a long time ago when accelerating and narrowed it down to that bearing. U joints were good. I replaced it and noise disappeared. I eventually went with a 1 pc rear driveshaft.

I had the carrier bearing replaced today, and it was indeed bad. No more squeak now!
