Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I have a dispenser for that as well since my Local Auto parts store closed I have not seen it around I did not look online.

    Must be 20 years ago.

I think it smelled really good the version I used.

Then the area you live really did not have all that much industry till the fracking boom .

So the competition was tight for any job if you did not milk cows. I got paid $2.00 per hour when I was 14 7 days a week about 12 plus hours what ever needed done.

I was lucky I worked hard soaked up skills like a sponge took any classes that were offered .

Now most places are begging for help that shows up.

I just order the dispenser bags and put it into a mustard container with a squirt nozzle.

Something like that needs a slow annealing... best would be a 500 degree oven, dropping by 100 deg/hr and then leaving in until completely cool. Second best - sand or lime bath.

Right there with ya. I have said since I was a teenager (because I am also an Elder Millennial) that I don't want to live past 70. I currently work in supply chain and logistics for Fastenal, but it barely pays the bills. Most weeks, I don't have enough to get groceries because I bought gas to keep going to work. I'd work a second job if they'd have me. I was just working at the local diner washing dishes for $10 an hour just to buy gas, so the money previously buying gas could buy a thimble full of groceries. The owner fired me because I told her I had an interview at a different restaurant to be a server, but I didn't know if I would get the job or not. Didn't matter, I still got fired even though I didn't get the server job.
That sounds good, Rusty. I would agree with you, there is a vocal minority of my generation that doesn't do jack squat. It's been my experience, however, that most companies would rather hire from temp agencies or persons of a Central American background because then they don't have to pay the workers as much. My wife and I were married for 11 years before we were able to buy a home. And that was with living rent free with my in-laws the whole damn time. No one STILL wants to hire unskilled labor for the well paying jobs to let them get the experience. Because it's cheaper to get the dime-a-dozen unskilled labor off the boat.

I seriously thought I could make Fastenal my career, it's a pretty good company to work for. But my American Dream is an American Nightmare and I'm now considering trying my hand at a trade so I can make enough money so I don't have to go to the local food bank every week.

The original 'Crawlbox'! The world of tractor after-market accessories is a strange and wonderful place. I'd love to find an original Funk kit to mount my Flathead V8 into our Ford 9N! :D

Sherman made step-down transmissions for a few old machines, Ford N series being one of them. They probably made one for that Olly tracked machine too.

Have you talked with your boss and told them what is going on? Maybe it's time to ask for a raise

There's a guy around here who has a few flathead V8 conversions with the Funk kit, used to see them at shows when we went.

For you folks looking for a change or wanting a career change- check local libraries and Employment Security offices about resources to help you narrow your thoughts down. There are inventory type test to take that can help- one example being the Myers-Briggs Interest inventory. Can help focus what you might have aptitudes and interests in. Open up a different way of thinking.

    Good luck to all

Looks like the identical engine to a plate tamper we're working on at the tractor club. Watch the 'plug threads in the head.... they're liable to be worn, and if the compression's good, it can spit a plug >15'! Ask me how I know.
