Will take you 5 minutes. Two or three minutes more to adjust the view in live mode. I love mine, gives peace of mind given the way people drive nowadays.

Got the same setup. Install the power dongle then position the camera so you can't see it from your driving position as it is behind the mirror. Also if you have any sort of windshield inside cover keep the position of cam installation in mind. I have one of those hard folding covers and it just barely clears the camera.

After restoring this vintage-ish axe, I DIYed some mounting brackets based on a couple of other ideas (while also spending an hour at Ace Hardware running back and forth to the truck and fitting parts together). Got the axe sharpened at a local saw shop and got a sheet on Etsy. Now I'm ready for zombies, firewood and fleeing society. Bonus photo: my cutting discs after chopping up steel plate. Have you measured yet from the ground up to the flat area on the front skid? Curious where your at, I'm at 14.5 with 35s and I'm seriously debating on 37s.

Bought a giant roll of hooked velcro with sticky back. Cut to size, cover the back of the patch and put it on the ceiling. I typically will twist and give a good push to make sure the velocro connects. Occasionally patches fall down.

I went through so frickin' many of those elastic ones that I finally invested in the steel spring ones. That was circa 1973. I still use the spring ones today when hiking in tick territory (or any time I want to look good).

    Nice.
I would suggest putting a rubber end cap on the bottom of the vertical steel bars. To protect the fiber bed from the constant vibrating grind they will impart.

I’ve got some of the steel spring ones as well I use in the field mainly (one less thing to get wet). So many uses for boot bands beside keeping your pant legs up. A little electrical tape on the clasps for a better hold helps

I like the mounts. Are the lower ends slotted into tthe bed? Also, what kind of bolt did you use through the rail? Thanks....
