Set you up a fixture to hold a bunch perpendicular to X, then run the end mill through em all in one go. Awkward, yes. Faster, yes.

 

If I can figure an easier way to notch them I won't have to deburr them and fix the ones that bend, time is money

 

Agreed. I always had good luck with the shrink connectors from Parts Express, though not exactly cheap. They're adhesive lined and I've never had one leak in the 10+yrs I've used them.

I know my buddy ordered some off Amazon and they were crap compared to the packs we bought locally from Fastenal.

 

We have 2 as well, Buddy & Macy. Macy is about 13, Buddy just turned 1.

Ratchet on left, Socket on right. Socket is about 25lbs with a softball sized skull.. just big ol' cat. lol

 

She is waiting for her evening ride on my shoulder into the house.

She is supremely confident.

That is about her normal expression really, it says "I weight six pounds and I can kick your @$$ if I want to."
