Great bike so far! Replaced my R6 after I did a front flip on the track.

Bummer about the R6, but I'm sure you'll love the 660. They look unbeatable in the twins classes.

Looks like you're local too! I'm in Orange/Santa Ana/Garden Grove area. Did you purchase from MotoClub?

Had to swing down to San Diego GP Motorcycles to get a hold of the stars and stripes. Just got a little emissions check light fixed by MotoClub under warranty.

My roommate was going to race twins class but couldn't get a hold of an R7 in time (for a reasonable price). I kept telling him the RS660 is going to be more capable. I used to have a tricked out mt07, so I was familiar with the platform.

I used to work in an aerospace machine shop in the Seattle area that supplied Boeing facilities in Seattle and Portland. It was a pretty routine thing to have a PA address around lunch asking if anyone was making the trip south for the weekend. They got outta work early and a decent payout, and we got to save on expedite fees. Win-win!

Going ok for the most part, working hard at it but getting impatient. Lots of appointments - physical therapy twice a week for my leg and shoulder, then occupational therapy for elbow and thumbs.

I walk a couple miles a day so leg is pretty good. Elbow is good too. Shoulder still has pain and can't lift it all the way. Thumbs are still stiff especially the left one, that side was pinned and in a cast so long I can barely rotate my wrist. But definitely seeing improvement overall. Have a follow up with the doctor on Monday for more X-rays.

I sat on the bike this weekend and I can squeeze the levers now so think I'm getting close...

I had a baller view of the DC skyline when I worked in the DC area...but wasn't allowed to have my phone, let alone take pictures at work... :(

Now my window overlooks a storage shed and 3 dumpsters

Just did the math. I have spent $8700 on all of them combined. Not bad.
