Yea I just got some normal poly replacements, nothing special

Making some headerway today

That cross over pipe was a bitch to get out. Ended up cutting the stock pipe to get it out and the replacement slipped right in

 

There are 7 two gauge wires being replaced as you can see

 

Installed my RCV's and Solo motorsports UCA double shear this weekend.


Double shear and new bolt because of this.

 

Finally welded in my sliders today.

Roughed up my rad crack and JB welded it. Seems to be holding just fine until the one arrives from rock auto this week.. took a spin out west to my fav trail. Never get tired of these views!

 

They still aren't perfect but getting better.

 

That's the plan. I was just running low on wire so I wanted to get the side finished 1st.
Living in snowy mountains I want to seal it all up.

 

In need of some custom TRD OFF-ROAD decals if anyone knows who can make them. I am wanting a bronze letter with either green or red outlines. Thanks!

Woah. Did you notice anything on the trail? Any idea where it happened?

 

Are you building a new rack?

I'm not sure when it happened exactly. I did start hearing a creaking noise on the last day of our adventure when we made that run out to Paradise. I was hearing the noise more as we headed home and when I got back. It sounded to me a lot like the driver's side lower spherical bearing that was creaking. An inspection shows that they are fine. They are like new tight, as I would expect them to be at 13k.

It wasn't until I put the passenger side wheel back on that I found this:

 

Gonna try to get the bed off tomorrow - or rotate it enough - to try and fix the front passenger corner of the bed where I mentioned that I think the front and passenger side have separated/cracked. I'll probably remove the liner first, just to see what I'm dealing with.

Also got the oil changed, tires rotated, and drivetrain greased today.

Bummer about the ITRE, I know those puppies aren't cheap.

 

After recently bending an inner and outer tie rod on the trail, I’m moving to a yearly swap interval of both inner and outer.

 

Thats right. Forgot about the bed repair.

The iTRE came with the OEM steering rack we did 4.5 years ago. Got about 60K miles out of it. I've already had to replace the driver side one after about 42K miles. I'm kind of thinking they were kind of inferior to what the truck came with from the factory.

At that time I replaced the driver's side, I bought two Sankei 555s from Low Range, so I have one to put in there tomorrow.

Wow, that is impressive. I've not seen an outer TRE bend before. Must of had some significant force applied to it.
