I took photos last night at 9:37 but had trouble uploading. Pics will be uploaded today. I have the heads boxed up and will be boxing tails up and shipping off. I have lights that should be coming back out from paint next week and will post pics of that as well

I’m not here to make excuses and I want to make it right by getting everyone their orders and I’m working on that and I want to make it right with you. nope . Bad thing is I'm not bashing him. I'm just trying to help him by explaining the situation and too post pictures with time stamps to help show his case that he is working on them but he fails to do that. I'm what you call an undercover mediator might not be posted on my account but I try to help and get involved in everything that I can to help both sides. I don't think there's any helping him

Hey y'all,

So after my quoted rant above OP reached out to me seeking a resolution before I took legal action against him. I made a concession and asked for the same thing I asked for when my lights were lost in shipping, the insurance money. The total insurance OP claims to of received from UPS is a little under $600. I actually believe him on that since it's roughly the parts cost on the lights. Yes, this is about $700 less than I sent OP, UPS didn't give him money for labour because they wanted receipts, but UPS did in fact lose the package and OP is going to go through the grinder enough on other orders trying to make things even. I made the decision that I would be okay with the insurance total back and I would consider my issues with @LSC15 closed if he could make that restitution payment by Friday this week as we both agreed upon.

Well the good news is that @LSC15 paid up the agreed amount this morning. I'm done. I might not of got all my money back but half of something is much better than the nothing of something I figured I would get without suing him. I'm moving on and I wish everyone else here the best of luck with getting their lights in good condition.

My part of the deal with @LSC15 was that I would write something that clearly showed that he made the agreed upon payment to me and that we were good. That has happened, and so this is my writing to communicate to TW that we are as good as it's going to get, and I'm good with that.

 

Good for you . Like you said might not be full amount but what you got is better than nothing. Hopefully he keeps his word and finishes everyone else's
