That being said, I'm going to check with my BIL at NoVA Speed to see if he needs an extra set for the shop.

 

I really need to remember that he's your brother-in-law. The shop gets recommended on the local Toyota Facebook page all the time. And I have yet to use them.

 

Agreed - I use an older ipad for my daughter with an old iOS version. Can't load Netflix or the newest version of Disney+.

I was really tempted when I had to pull in front of her place to drop it off, but those granite* curbs seem so sharp!

I believe those curbs are actually granite (or I didn't get your asterisk). They're solid stone of some kind; or they used to be. I may or may not have taken out a tire on a police cruiser I responsible for on one of those.

 

Toyota's in Michigan are outnumbered by the domestic market. But, there is a Toyota Takeover at Silver Lake Sand Dunes in the NW Lower Pennisula each year. Timing didn't workout this year, so maybe next year.

I had said marble at first, and then realized that would be ridiculous. They are granite for sure.

Did you notice a lot of vehicles with those bumper pads on their trunk? I always notice them and think....are you that bad or are the parkers around you that bad?!?!

 

Did it come with a cab mount chop?

 

I honestly notice them more often when they're flapping in the wind as the driver leaves it strapped on while going 85 down the beltway. I can only imagine the scratches they leave on the paint when they use them like that. I also think it's mostly poor drivers projecting their bad parking practices on others. "If I bump things every time I park, everyone else must too!"

Yessir it did. Currently shopping around for bumper options to help fix that awful gappage. C4 Fab did a custom width for the front, so I might get in touch with them to see what they could do for the rear. It would be really nice to have a hitch too.
