Morning folks. Breaking camp and moving on to Owensville, MO to do some legal stuff, change oil, and then on to Smithville Lake north of Kansas City.
Y'all be safe out there. I'm on the road again. LOL

    Afternoon everyone :hattip:

Just got back home from the VA and it's been a very long day !!! . During my visit with my Primary health care doctor I couldn't believe how good my blood pressure was . It was 116 / 77 , that's the best it's been since I started going to the VA 12 years ago , not bad for a almost 61yr old:thumbsup:

Not sure if any of you have ever had a Nerve conduction study or EMG test . It's like being tasered and feeling your muscles constrict . The doctor will apply voltage to Nerve and ramp up the voltage 4x's ea time getting stronger and stronger

What the doctor found today is what I thought it would be . Very weak and slow Nerve response . My body is having a auto immune disorder trying to destroy the mylene sheathing of the nerves

So I watched my son pick up the car battery sideways. As I was telling him not to do that, the acid/water started pouring out. I watched him start to wipe it on his pants... told him to go in and wash it off.

Told me his arm started turning red and itchy.

" why is there water in a battery?"

Can you blame it on chemical exposure from service?

    Good afternoon/early evening gang!

Today was tough, my GF told me last night that she decided it was time to turn off Clarence's light, he couldn't even stand anymore. I wanted to help and see my little buddy one last time. I got the text that the vet which was closest to her couldn't do it, she had to go to her regular Vet office which was 40 miles from her house. She tried to talk me out of helping because of my work but I didn't care, I needed to help her and see him one last time. When I got to her house, I was shocked at how much worse he was since when I saw him last Sunday, he was just staring out into space and looking very uncomfortable. She put him into a fresh cat bed and sat him on my lap while she drove. I didn't think that he was going to make it to the vet office ( and I told him that it was ok to go now ) I hoped that he would pass before we got there to spare himself getting jabbed with needles. He was still clinging on somehow. Within 20 minutes of getting there, my little buddies lights were turned off. I've never felt so sad or helpless in my life, nothing that we could do to help him. I hope that he knew we were there and that we love him and will miss him. I held him for the last hour of his life, she held him in the bed while the Vet did their thing.
