    The "factory" is some guy who sub contracts for the company and stops in at Target, walmart, sports authority,etc and assemblies bikes. I used to work at target and 75% of the bikes were assembled incorrectly by these high achieving individuals.

    Which is not much different from any other mountain bike aside from an extra set of springs and a comfy seat and weighing like 2 pounds?

    We finished jasons lift today. It looks good. the AAL was pretty easy and those tires are nice. the 255/75/16s look good.

    don't even get me started on this stuff. I work as a bike mechanic (in VA and FL). been doing so for 7 years. you wouldn't believe some of the stuff we see brought into us from the sporting goods and departments stores (no offence anthony). a tire put on the rim backwards is very minor compareded to some of the stuff. a good 20% of the repair work we get in is someone bringing a brand new bike in from a non bike shop, and complaining that it doesn't work well, asking us to fix it.

    That's great Jason....I'm about to show my age here. My daughter is in her first year of college at UCF and she loves it there. She is living in a dorm now but will be moving into an apartment with 2 other girls this coming fall. It really is a great school and being in Orlando there is plenty to do. It's also nice being so close to home...a quick drive and she can get some home cooked meals and free laundry service :)
