Stupid icons for bluetooth music

    Cold air, Pedal Commander.
    So, whenever you use the bluetooth music, it always comes up with a basic picutre, like shown. Is there a way to disable or change it somehow? I know this is very prissy and stupid to ask. It just bothers me. But I figured I would ask to see. Thanks!

    You can disable album art on the head unit in the settings. Replaces it with an equally boring, bluetooth icon. The lack of compatibility with Spotify's album art really sucks on these older HUs

    I drive a Miata.
    That has to be your phone app that's doing that. Mine either displays the proper album art or a blank screen. Ive never seen a basic picture except when listening to certain radio stations.

    Ah. Thank you. I would much rather have it show that than these other pictures. I don't know why but I just hate how they look so I would love to have it show just the bluetooth icon instead. Thank you!

    I think it's normal to hate such outdated images. It's embarrassing to see that they haven't updated them since the late 2000's

    design period for any typical vehicle is about 8-10 years.
