I have used this bottle for last 4 months and it looks fine for me. According to it's manual it has IAMF technology which related to extreme filtration. you can check this out from www.etaliving.com

Because you literally just got the house and the floor is clear and the concrete is clean and ready to absorb whatever you put on it. I did mine the day after I got the keys to the house and it went down perfectly. I did the acid etch because it cleaned up excess dirt from construction, but I didn't have any oil or grime to clean up first. Once it was cured (after about a week) I repainted the walls with a thick exterior latex, and that has held up better than I could have hoped.

My garage is an absolute mess...but the walls and the floor are good. Sawdust vacuums right up, leaves sweep out, and the crawlies die.

Do you still get tire marks from cars parking on it over time? I've been thinking for awhile about doing that here, but just haven't gotten serious.

I had this in my last house and over 10 years, no tire marks. I had it professionally applied rather than the home Depot kits and it was great. Should have done it at this house.

True, but we decided not to do anything else to the house since we are gonna sell and move once Alec graduates HS

That's funny. You one of those stuck-up fancy pants people who doesn't have a garage full of his wife's Rubbermaid storage containers and a mismatched collection of woodworking shit?

Who actually puts cars IN a garage? Apparently this guy.

    ;)

When you get to be my age, you do more in garages, compared to bedrooms.
