Big boy hardware in the VAB..

For you guys that havent been following the space thread, I don't blame you but....
SLS- the rocket I fueled the capsule on and installed quite a bit of flight hardware on is slated to launch Monday the 29th. I'm betting it'll scrub at least once, but when it goes it will be the most powerful rocket ever launched.

I really miss the people I interacted with.

Trying to find even a office type job no one wants old people that can no longer get around so easy.

 

Any of y'all have experience with Mastercam? Having some trouble programming this Mold part.. the cavity is being a PITA so I need to create new surfaces to drive my toolpaths. But I'm having issues getting some clean surfaces created.

 

Never used it, can’t think of anyone who has either

 

Finally got left alone long enough to get the engine in that 4wheeler. Purring like a kitten now

 

Lotta real estate agencies have a front desk clerk that sounds like a compatible job description.

 

I hit a turkey in my company truck. The old one was a '16 Chevy 2500HD. Folded the tow mirror flat against the window and blew the glass out of it. Got lucky. Sucks, I had the window open and the truck was FILLED with feathers and gross little bugs. Nice save!

We've got hardware like that on the compressor end of our natural gas turbine (18,500hp Siemens unit).
