Well why would you need tire recommendations being clairvoyant and all?

I still say the Yokohama Geolander G015 is the best 'mild' A/T tire on the market for Tacoma's. Great road manners, no noise, same fuel economy as factory (initially I thought I would lose maybe .5 mpg than stock, but has since proven false), excellent light snow/ice manners, good deep snow manners, fine in light mud, ok in deep/sticky mud, fine in dry or wet sand, hydroplaning resistance is great, wet grass traction is excellent, good on dry or wet rock, fine in small pea gravel/dirt roads*, has a mild rim protector, light weight for size, decent thread depth for size and SL or LT rating, etc, etc.

    * = tires do pick up and hold and throw more small gravel than I would like.

Also tires are wearing faster than I would like.

Have NOT gotten stuck although there was a situation this past spring with deep rutted sticky mud 2 track farm lane conditions I needed all the throttle (to spin mud out of tires) and every electronic do-dad on my OffRoad model to get where I was going. The return trip was MUCH easier as I knew what I was in for.

I had a screw imbed itself into a tread block. Screw should of been able to penetrate into the tire. Failed to do so. Maybe the nylon cap prevented this. I dunno? Yanked screw out and tire has never lost pressure. I would most certainly buy again. The only tire that might sway me is the General ATX.

For what it's worth I'm running the factory stock size in SL rating.

I'm considering the Hercules terratrac xat, 2 different side wall to choose from, the swoops or a more blocky pattern on the other side Screenshot_20220401-112621_DuckDuckGo.jpg

Toyo Open Country A/T. I run General Atx, and they are loud. Had Toyo's on a LC, they were smooth and silent.

Hey Cammyfive. Love the wheels. I've read some people on this forum are having trouble mounting the 2021 SEMA PRO 17" OEM wheels and having to do some grinding to get them to mount. Did you have any issues with these wheels when you got them?

Leveled with Bilstein 5100 shocks, Kumho AT52 265/75 tires, Redline hood struts, R4T tailgate lock, Matt Gecko LED strips in bed and under hood, WeatherTech hood guard, OEM bed mat, Husky floor mats, Carhart seat covers, Grille replacement with Toyota letters, Sony AX6000 replacement head unit, OTT lite/mild tune, and an occasional splash of fuel additive.
I had K02s (LT), not so good in snow. Wore those out (50k miles). Also tired of white letters showing. I decided to try a set of Kuhmo AT52s (P) as I stick to pavement mostly and wanted something good on snow. I think these are a fairly new version so we shall see how they do in Winter. I also downsized from 285/75 to 265/75 and so far like the looks and ride.

I had good luck with my kuhmo at51 tires and these are slightly more aggressive. I’ve had good luck with other kuhmo tires in the past too
