    Hey folks

I’m looking for some recommendations on simple trails in the Washington area with mountain vistas. I learned about Deerpark Rd in the Olympics, was wondering if there were similar things in the North Cascades. I’m mostly looking for a trail that I can do in several hours, rather than a multi-day affair or a long drive like the WABDR.

My off-road skills are pretty novice, although I know how to put my truck in 4HI and 4LO and have done so many times now, e.g. on the road to White Pocket in Utah.

The Stampede to Greenwater run is a great intro to the Cascades area. A very nice day trip with plenty of fun off shoots to play.

I think I have some tracks that I can add.

Added TRP and GPX trip files.
