2 of my wife's aunts are coming in today from Georgia to take her with them to Va Beach for a week. Gonna be a good week.

It's even worse than you think. SLS will use all that fuel and oxidizer in about 8 minutes.

I'm machining some bezels for some control room equipment that being replaced/updated.
There have been at least two guys that I know of who have left the country for work at other power stations, drawing a blank where but think Arab Emirates...Saudi Somewhere lol

How does that rocket compare to the Saturn V, size wise? Seeing that hanging up in the hanger at the Space Center was pretty impressive

I’ve actually thought about applying for a job at Amundsen-Scott (not at 7 figures). They have a small security detachment there, I guess for when the aliens attack. Lol. If I did get the job I would be able to check off all the continents and the 7 Seas from my bucket list.

Re. the poll, happily retired after 33 years on the job. There were a lot of ups and downs during that time but overall I was happy. I’m very much enjoying the retired life but would consider going back to work for myself or something like the above which is a short term gig.

Boss had these stainless parts made and the slot is 3/4” to short. Drilled a hole, cut off wheel on the grinder and bingo.

The HF bedliner works pretty good, but I can't use it inside the shop. It gives me a nasty headache!
