So is the campsite pretty much a cellular dead spot? Is this why we haven't seen any more pics? Maybe mosquitoes carried them away?

Campsite is usually the only place I get reception! But definitely possible the mosquitoes did carry them away.

I'll probably be on the road in about an hour-ish.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
For the most part. Just need to load the cooler, clothes, and camera gear in the morning.

I just arrived in Monico to spend time at my Grandpa's place - I'll be there tomorrow late afternoon/early evening.

Making use of the available resources. Lol

Also works great for convincing felines to vacate areas they should not be in.

Well, damn. Got home from work and shortly after, my phone is ringing...my ex-. She's been trying to call our son for over an hour. Her dad was killed, apparently late yesterday in an ATV crash, they found him this afternoon.

I'll probably still be up as the funeral arrangements haven't been finalized to the best of my knowledge...she just texted that they are going to get together tomorrow...

About as set as I'm going to get. Have to toss a couple of things in the truck yet, have no lights in the cap...poorly routed wires got cut...that's what they make flashlights for.

Thanks, he was a really good guy. I talked to him more in the last 10 years than she did. He called me his favorite ex-son in law.

I apparently missed out on the cargo short memo!

Have fun dudes, see you around 5:30-6:00. If you're out to eat I can meet you all there, or back at camp.

So, missing out on the fun this weekend... I did however go out and do some recon for the TWAT later this summer. Found some enormous mud holes-the pictures I didn't take because I was scared would show BIG messes and 3+ feet deep... not my thing solo, but the Taco got through. Heckofa mess inside and out though. Here are some images for your viewing pleasure:
