It was a feeble attempt at humor directed toward the Hot Wheels picture (of which I just ordered one; when did Hot Wheels get to be so expensive?!).

 

So I'm bored at work and doing a little pre-shopping. Was looking at the available Nissan accessories for the Frontier. They offer a bed rack and roof top tent. Price on the tent is pretty decent, too. Wonder who makes it for them.

 

Speaking of CMCs, how much do they usually cost again?

 

Off Road Innovations up here in Winchester said $500.

 

I self-radicalized myself from getting a nicely worn-in 10-15 year old car into eventually getting a 2021 GTI due to the mindset of "look how much of a nicer car I get for $2000" several times over.

I also then promised myself that, unlike my truck, I would not mod this car because I want it to be a reliable DD........I've since ordered OSRAM headlights because the stock S headlights are truly awful. Here we go again

 

Has anyone seen or heard from Brian @boogie3478 lately?

 

He's still been uploading to Youtube and I talk with him via text every once in awhile. He's just not as active on TW anymore.

 

He posts in his build (?) thread once in a while. He's not putting out YouTube videos as much as he used to.

 

Don't ask me about mods. I will empty your wallet. Although I would highly recommend a mild tune. Supposedly, it's a pretty crazy jump in HP as far as dollar/HP is concerned.

2023, but I'll likely put 285s on well before then. Might just go with 255s again to avoid the hassle...

I like the idea but wonder how well it would bolt up with armor, if any mods would be needed to make it fit.
