Nite dad!!! Sweet dreams!!

 

Magical water drops sprinkled from the skys by magical fairies.

 

It rained too much back in April and May and now the last 3 months we only got around 3” of rain . Everything is burnt and crispy around here . Corn turning brown already,lawns are toast . Lot of high temps this summer

Drought city . Lot of people worried about their wells . Including me

 

We’re right there with you. It’s so bad in AZ with lack of water coming from Lake Mead and Powell that we’re seriously thinking of moving.

Our well is shared with 3 other homes and if you drill your own, it’s 50k with no guarantee they’ll hit water

 

We are too down here. They're planning on putting in a huge lettuce greenhouse ½ a mile away. They're going to have a huge water demand and might ruin the aquifer. We were already shaky because Menards put in a wolmanizing plant at their distribution center which is in shouting distance of the greenhouse. They use a good amount of water to treat the boards.

Our well is at 360' so were better off than our neighbors who are at less than 100'

I can light my lawn on fire. I only use the irrigation to water a couple of trees. My lawn won’t rebound till late October. My guess

Mine is just over 100’ . There is a flood plain right across the road and some springs in the field behind my house but it’s dry now .

 

Yep! I can imagine there will be more as levels continue to drop
