A few additions to make me feel cool.
Could be. Watch the episode and then get back to me though. Kids got what it takes and they may be spec parts but they are not spec engines and the people working and innovating on those parts at HMS compared to on that 7 car are as different as a NASA engineer and your basic airplane mechanic. If he had the money or the backing he would have one of those rides. In my opinion.

I can tell you one thing. I bet their are less than 5 drivers that would have had the balls to do what he did in that old LTD currently racing in cup. He legit would have died in that car if something broke and he drove it until he turned the number he knew he could.

Like I said, I don't doubt you there. All these guys are talented behind the wheel in ways we can't comprehend just by watching them once a week. But it doesn't necessarily translate to the track, which is really the only place it matters.

Kaulig is hoping to have their cup and Xfinity lineups for next year determined before the start of the playoff.

The saga continues. In his latest interview, Busch outlines the differences between when he did this in 2007 and now. He mentions it was basically him and his agent in 2007 and now it's pretty much him and his family along with his other business ventures and how he has other factors to think about. He also talks about how they've had to weigh how much time he'll have to spend away from his family and mentioned that there's a "big change" coming and how they've had to decide between if it's worth it "running around and not have an opportunity to win right away vs building something vs jumping in something that can win." He rounded it out by saying it will not look the same as it has for the last 15 years.

It's unclear if he's referring to going to a new team or having to adjust their lifestyle due to the difference in how current contracts are set up or just plain having to take less money in general and thus having to step away from his current lifestyle he's accustomed to. This particular interview he didn't sound happy or frustrated like he has in past interviews. Instead, he sounded relatively level headed and, if anything, a little depressed.

Gibbs keeps pressuring Larson but can't make anything happen before another caution comes out. AJ will be a factor before the end though

    Smoke and mirrors!

in my opinion, there’s zero chance he won’t be a full time driver next year, regardless of where he lands!

KB has the the best equipment, R&D and ownership outside of maybe HMS.

He isn’t the same driver he was 2019 and before. Whatever team he lands with, he’ll produce wins but I think his championship days are done. That’s ok. He’s my favorite driver, always will be, but there are too many young drivers, like Ty, that are more talented and cost a hell of a lot less.

With all that said, NASCAR still needs Kyle Busch more than he needs NASCAR

…a bit more of my opinion.

Kyle wants to leave NASCAR on his terms, not because he couldn’t get sponsorship. If he doesn’t race next year, that’s what he’ll be initially remembered for, regardless of how it’s spun

I definitely think he'll be in a full-time ride next season. To me it is more a question of if it'll be at JGR or not and I think that's one thing he's weighing, especially since Mars isn't paying the bills anymore and he'll definitely have to adjust his lifestyle as he likely takes a pay cut and potentially goes to a lower level team that he'll have to devote more time to helping build up...kind of in a Kurt Busch role.

Adjust his lifestyle, doubt it. Change his mindset and expectations if he goes to a lower tier team, for sure!
