Figured out all the correct part numbers to get the stabilizers I need. Any site you use in particular for Kubota parts? I will also check with the local dealer

    It's a 22 kubota bx2380
I got the front loader, and land pride box blade for 20k with tax. They have a 0 percent for 60 mo special right now so it was a no Brainer for me

Very nice! 5 years is nothing for a quality tool. You will own it free and clear for most of its life time.

With good care in 10 years you will be able to sell it for almost the same money, Kubota holds value like a Tacoma, maybe better.

I don’t know about kubota parts but if you have a part number check Amazon, I’ve ordered a few parts off of there for the Ford

The next week is all about learning the box blade... adjustments, tilt, pitch, rippers, etc etc. Never used one before but I think I'll pick it up real quick. I've run tons of skid steers and excavators but never a tractor.

Nice tractor, just get a skid plate on the bottom. The cooling fan underneath can be damaged easily from sticks.

I was just looking around and found this post.
So this is the site I have been using if you register you can look at diagrams of the tractor you have https://www.messicks.com/
    Good luck.

Yeah I poked around for a bit with part numbers and ultimately just ordered from Messicks this morning. I’m sure I could piece it together cheaper if I spent a little time but I’m a new home owner with a never ending project list so time is money for me now haha.

For those interested I will put together a parts list with prices and photos when everything comes in!

The new water heater is installed, and I added an Aquanta monitor to regulate the power usage.

I'm probably going to have to replace the drywall on the right side, but that can wait for another day.

Finally got this unit done. Seems to run very nice and smooth.

Parked it out front and took pics so I could list it.

Almost 2 months to the day!

I just got done listing it. Holy shit this pig got a lot of parts and time!

I got room to move on the price, but not as much as I've had on other rigs.

Read my list of time and parts. Frankly, I had no idea this thing was such a time suck!

I forgot to include the result vid of my wheel repair.

I have used the mower since the repair and the wheel runs just just fine.

It's 5 minutes of my rambling, so feel free to skip. I don't want or need the subscribes to my channel. I just want to document what I needed to get this machine running.

I like your drain valve setup, depending on your water quality draining a buckets worth every month can really extend the life and efficiency of the heater.
I like to put a cap on the hose threads, just in case.

I had a cap on my shopping list, but HD was sold out despite their app saying they had 14 of them. I will find one eventually. It was the only thing on my list they didn't have. On the bright side I was able to reuse most of the old copper pipes so I will be able to return most of the sharkbite fittings I bought. I also broke the Anode loose and wrapped it in tape. I've got a short piece of hose made up that should make draining a bucket full pretty easy.

Sounds like the job worked out well.
I flush mine every month (or so) and have noticed is I get behind the heater will make more noise.
It is right outside the bathroom so you get used to normal or louder than normal.
