No one knows if it's even possible beyond runoff.

A lot of people speculate there would be no buyers at any price; when the Fed is guaranteeing purchase you offload your turds but keep the valuable/high quality assets for yourself.

It is debated, but thought by some that the Fed's balance sheet is just a pile of liabilities no one wants. 9T of economic deadweight.

I was just checking the revised estimates for NVDA EPS. Current estimated EPS is $0.36. That's down from $0.58. With all that negative revision going on your puts may print. I doubt it but there's always a chance. One of us will profit at least. lol

Mortgage company is going belly up as mortgage demand dries up. Prepare for massive layoffs. Basically big banks got out of the mortgage industry after 2008. Specialty mortgage companies opened up but they don’t have diversified revenue streams so when mortgage applications dry up so do they.

Lenders aren't suddenly going to stop lending to qualified investors. In fact, they're some of the best customers, providing interest revenue on multiple loans.

If you want equality under the law, some people are going to do better than others because of natural variances. Landlords provide a service, and it's in demand - nothing wrong with that at all.

 

Yes, on a micro scale you can compare to a dividend stock. Only the people who can afford to buy it get to enjoy the dividend. Why can’t everybody get the dividend? Stop buying all the shares

Being a landlord is work. My whole thing is minimizing or eliminating the work while keeping the money coming in.
