    Correct I received nothing. When emailed on June 7th I was told 4-6 weeks to be on the safe side. It is now August 22nd with no update since July 19th saying it had just 2 more process to undergo with one being powdercoating. Glad people at least now are getting confirmation emails, I have zero in writing regarding my order other than the charge on my card and interaction with the representative emailed.

    This is what I was hoping for in companies acknowledging there has to be improvements. Not sure how a customer ghosting an order is an issue if we are paying up front? My order is now nearly 20+weeks in and they haven't updated lead times and online they even push sales of 20% off right now while others are waiting, then blame it on volume of orders? Will gladly be ordering from @JDEMELLO due to transparency. No issue if a quality product takes 20 weeks if thats what it truly takes!

    Yeah, I too waited a bit longer than expected for my SSO Hybrid bumper... still sitting in garage waiting for my install... Lee and Kim were always responsive and answered the phone when calling about my order for status. Website does show status updates as well. I think folks are just frustrated overall when they gotta wait twice as long as expected, especially for something as exciting as a new front bumper! I have to confess... now that I have it... its been sitting for 6 weeks waiting for the neighborhood labor support when I get started and hacking into my beautiful trunk... scary... ;o) I got a winch and built in light bar that needs to be installed at once as well...

    Not the OP, but I placed my order on April 28. About 3 weeks ago the website status changed from “Processing” to “Welding Station.”

    Then, about 10 days ago (I wish I would’ve noted the actual dates) it changed to “Preliminary QC.” They’re doing the powder coating also, so I expect another station or two.

    At the time of my order, SSO was quoting 100-120 business days as a lead time for the slimline hybrid. It seems like they may better that but we’ll see.

    @MDEER101

    As an update, my order went to “Complete” on SSO’s site yesterday and I got a FedEx email saying a label had been created.

    That puts me 88 business days from order to compete. 88 days when quoted 100-120, I think is pretty good.

    Also, my order only went Processing> Welding Station> Preliminary QC> Complete.

    Not that it makes it ok, but it's easy to let orders fall through the cracks. I've found that a kind reminder every once in a while can help your order not get set aside. Squeaky wheel and all that. Fairly common these days unfortunately.

    I agree, I think 88 days is pretty good, all things considered. Send a photo when you get it on !

    Had the same issue dealing with SSO. Ordered a slimline hybrid tube front bumper on 2/24, expected lead time was 50-70 business days which would land me around 5/1-6/2 but I kept getting excuses after excuses. Was told it would ship out several times in the upcoming weeks but kept getting pushed further and further back. Finally received my bumper on 8/9 almost 2-3 months after what was promised. It did suck getting the run around and having to wait, but they did ship the bumper straight to my house instead of having to pick up from nearest hub, which I appreciated. Also to clarify, my order status never updated on their site until 1-2 weeks prior to them shipping it out and not once was I contacted by them regarding delays, I was the one that had to inquire about updates frequently after being told it should ship out numerous times.

    - Correction, just checked through my old emails and I actually received my bumper on 8/14

    Thanks for the input, I'm trying to be a good customer and not bug them... I'm 60+ days in and might just call to check up on it.
