    Smoked a ribeye roast and seared off the steak cuts. Brandy peppercorn sauce, beetroot greens in mustard sauce, and butter potatoes.

    I love charred corn. I like to mix it in a chunky salsa with tomatoes and avocado for fish tacos.

    Sometimes a simple meal can be elevated a bit.

    The photo doesn't do it justice tho! Hamburger Helper made with homemade chicken stock instead of plain water, fresh ground beef from the local butcher shop, Velveeta cheese and chopped bacon. Comfort food on a rainy evening.
