I predict the show will suck ass. Ill watch later. But thats my call.

 

So, it takes place 300 years PRIOR to the original series? Well wtf folks, there has been zero progress. People still living without running water or flushing shitters, hair, clothing, all the same. Add a couple of those wierd ass crying trees and some dragons ....

I was confused by who was who within the first 10 minutes so I turned it off. Will need to restart it before I’m toast for the day

 

Id say it was worth giving it another try. Waiting till 9pm is dumb. Just put the show on and let me watch. Ill be waiting till Mondays to watch.

 

I enjoyed that first episode. I've got it set to record all episodes.

 

At first I was kinda upset then I recalled watching GoT for the first time and was mad Ned Stark cut off some dudes head. But as the episodes rolled on I really started to like it so I'll give it a chance.

 

So, were you double mad when they cut that randoms guys Johnson off in the first 10 minutes?

I'm only disappointed that it still opens a few generations after the doom of Valerya and the destruction of Harrenhal.

 

Watched the 1st ep last night, was trying to wait until Oct to watch them all. I liked it

 

I enjoyed it. Will continue to watch on Monday as I’m not waiting tell 9

 

I thought the first episode was pretty good…I’m all in just like I was for GOT but like OP said first couple seasons will be good and then the writers will terribly fuck it up

 

Seems rather pessimistic for a new show. I enjoyed all of GOT. Wasn’t best as the end but doesn’t strike me as bad as people make it to be

 

Yup I too enjoyed it! May have to have subtitles on for the first few episodes until I get to know everybody's names

 

I am assuming, hoping this is just a one season show. Less likely to jump the shark.

 

Heard rumors it's got about 4 seasons of material or so
