They are all diamond coated. The core drills, end mills and the saw blades.

It’s very accurate. We still use it for the custom stuff. We actually have two of them. Don’t always have them both running at the same time but when we do you have to pay attention! This one takes off .040 a turn and the old one takes off .050 a turn.

Looks a lot like the newer one. Covered to keep the dust off.

Boss wants a clean shop and clean machines. Room gets cleaned every Friday and machines get wiped down before we sweep and mop.

We haven't wiped our machines off in a while, we blow them off everyday and sweep though.

A machine they bought to do what I use to do buy hand. Puts a chamfered edge on the glass. The expensive stuff and the custom stuff still get done buy hand.

Did that a few times myself when I first started. Grinds the glass down real fast. Chips the hell out of it to.

Well , I really like this Omega z30.
The 33 had to high a ratio. After this really bad rainstorm we had yesterday I wasn’t expecting much
but I pulled in two with it.
So this reel is a keeper I think.
Still a hell of a lot better than the 33
