Finally got around to installing the Garmin mini. Works well for my needs so far…
I found that mounting it right under the mirror worked best.

Tips: Use tape or other prior to mounting to hold the cam in place. Open the live view option on the app as well…

Did you have to unscrew the bolts to put this in? Or did you just use a trim tool to pop out the factory cubby? I have to install my meso one soon and wondering what the best approach is

 

Picked up my truck today after having it lifted went with TRD lift kit set to 1.5" in the front along with a set of super bumps while the back got the 1" lift along with a Archive Flip and bumps... Super happy with it since I am sticking with the stock size tire and it doesn't totally look like it skipped leg day lol...

Specially the blinker fluid.

 

Added some blind spot mirrors and WeatherTech window deflectors.

 

Got rid of the radio knobs for ants that came in the Tacoma and replaced them with the RAV4 ones for human sized fingers! Pop off, pop on, everything fits and nothing touches where it shouldn't. Well worth the $32!

Knob Part # 90010-23059 I believe, pull off the black piece on them from factory and they fit the Tacoma's with the newer radios from what I understand.

 

You can go up to 265/75R16 31.7" diameter "32s" without any rubbing. You can also go to skinny 33s 255/85R16 on the stock rims and gears if you are not towing.

 

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought those were tiny. I’m going to look into getting a set of these.

 

Believe me I thought long and hard about that but at almost 50yrs old I want to experience what a practical vehicle is like once in my life lol... Plus I still have this tucked in my garage for the fun stuff!
