How you liking it? Looks fucking sick. Color growing on me daily.

 

Question for you fellow limers — does the lime get more yellow / neon in the sun and more green in the shade?

ELM is cooler than Solar Octane and will be the it color and also rare. Humble prediction.

 

Hardly rare, it will be available on any TRD trim come next year, just like all the years prior.

 

It’s so rare man. There’s only like 30 in the world.

 

You will love it. I did the same. I placed the order without seeing one in person. When I saw pictures of it, at first it look too loud for me but then it grew on me. Before I purchased, I couldn't even see it at the dealers because they sell before the truck even gets there. When mine finally arrived, it was love at first sight. Pictures really don't do it justice. The color change depending on the light. On a bright day it looks like it's glowing, almost reminds me of the green lion of voltron LOL. Also I've got so many compliments on the color since I've gotten it and girls seems to love it a lot. I own a 2011 Shelby GT500 that gets compliments here and there, mostly from older guys. But this truck i get compliments from pretty much everybody.

 

Oh and one more thing, I got bad news. It is intense in person, especially during the day, but it is in a good way. You will love how it really stands out when you walk to it on a parking lot. It is so unique and an eye candy.

 

I am ready for it! I’m super committed.

If one doesn’t accept that it’s flamboyant, one will never be able to embrace it.

Also, my hope and expectation is to will look much better than Jeep’s “gecko” and similar colors that look more like a green apple than this green-yellowish ELM.

It looks nothing like gecko. I drove past one yesterday and the driver gave me a look that clearly acknowledged their mistake of buying a jeep in any color other than sting grey.

 

LOL - agree Gecko is a swing and a miss — That said, ELM will always be a polarizing color

 

I have had my name in for an allocation for about 2 months now and still no luck...Feels like time is dwindling down on an opportunity with the 23s on the way. What do you all think?

Electric Lime will be available for non Pro models for 2023..

 

I was on the list for an OR Premium since April and never found the color/bed size combo I wanted. Then I got a call about the ELM PRO and said “fuck it”—down here in Texas, maybe through some production timing fluke, we got like 26 ELMs in a single allocation. I feel like this was the last batch. People hate or love this color but the growing consensus is people see liking it more and more. Solar octane might be like that and you’d own the very last PRO color for the third Gen.

I would own one but without the price tag! Hehehe!

That's why I bought the Sport...which is considerably less expensive.

But, you go on and enjoy the heck out of that Lime Green TRD Pro!
