Go with 18s with 4.5" backspacing. They will fit alot better

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
those are gonna rub pretty bad. i have 18x9's with 285's (33ish x 11.5 ish) and I had to trim the plastic in the fender a good bit as well as the corners off the fenders.

haha, my bad, missed that. I'd definitely go with 9" rim width if your going 12.5 width on tire. good chance you'll still rub full lock though. I could be wrong though. The guy I bought my tires from sold them cause he couldn't get them to stop rubbing. I did a little plastic trimming and they don't rub at all. Hopefully someone with exact knowledge will chime in.

From looking around and talking to all the RCD guys on here you should be fine. Some of the RCD guys are running 33x12.50 tires so I don't think you will have any issues with the rim being 20"...it all depends on your backspacing though. I don't think you will need to trim anything.

Not that many guys are running RCD kits - so the rest of us just guess.

To find other threads by folks who are, you can google

RCD 4.5" lift tire size site:tacomaworld.com

and see what size they're running. Ultimately, it's tire size and wheel offset that matter, not so much the rim size or rim diameter.

And every kit ends up being a little different. Once you go away from stock - you're taking on the job to size up what happens and adjust accordingly. Everyone needs to trim a little different.
