the way I heard the story on the radio this AM was that he was dreaming that he was "killing a goat for his wife to make for dinner that day" and he actually cut off his balls too.

My sleeping curse in my 20s particularly was sleep paralysis. Would happen several times a night on bad nights. That shit sucked
