The first time I ate a GP I had the worst hang over ever. Ate it, hated my existence for about an hour, threw up, cried, salivated like never before. Then It slowly went away and after I felt like I slept 10 hours and had a hardcore work out when I woke up. That's why you eat them.

I did ghost peppers last year. Steeped in vinegar with a head of garlic. It was very dangerous. Only a couple drops into whatever you were cooking. I remember the kitchen smelled like napalm and the wife, well she was a wife about it.

Gringo Bandito. Love the flavor and lower in sodium which is why I stick with It

Made by lead singer off the offspring and is local to me in Huntington Beach. Mild spice for the regular one which I use, and they have other flavors too

    Nope.

Tabasco, I go through at least 2 bottles a month. I can drink that shit. Especially on cheese, soprasatta and crackers.

I like the heat of Tabasco, but I cannot stand the taste for some reason. Texas Pete or Tapatio though, I'll happily smother on anything. I got to where I won't eat anything with ketchup, unless I mix some Texas Pete in it; its how ketchup should come in my opinion lol.

Different sauces on different things. I f'n love a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich slathered in Truff and jalapeno's. Torchbearer for taco's. Tabasco on eggs and so on.

If you like Tapatio, you'll like Texas Pete. They might as well be the same in my unprofessional book of tastes.

Breakfast definitely needs a vinegar based hot sauce for sure.
Sandwiches: Spicy mustard of some sort.
I do cordon bleu with a habanero.
    Burritos: Habanero Salsa/Sauce
Tacos: Poblano or Jalapeno cream sauce.
Everything else: flavor of the day.

Really good flavor. Not the melt your face of hottest but really good mix and he is local. He also does pickled onions and hot peppers, etc. Good dude.
