4FEC8482-35E7-4E17-B9AC-BF8883271D5A.jpg So I just got some wheels from custom offset and the valve stem is right behind the lip of the wheel and I have no clue how I’m supposed to inflate/deflate them. I’ve tried a normal straight hose air pump and a 90 degree hose, both don’t fit because of the lip. The tires are all at 27-28 so somehow custom offset got air in there. Any ideas???

Take 'em off and get different valve stems

You should contact the company that installed the tires. Ask why you weren't informed of the issue or provided an option for angled stems. That is assuming neither of those happened.
The easy option would be to take the ring off and clearance it with a grinder.

    Edit: slow internet........

That's f'd up. Who makes a wheel/rim that denies access to the valve stem.

Usually the wheel out of the box just has a hole. The tire shop installs the valve stem before mounting the tire.

If the beadlock ring doesn't have a cutout for the valve, the tire shop needs to use a valve with a 90-deg stem. Or take a grinder and make a cutout for the valve.

Won’t grinding a notch in the wheel affect balance?

Not if you balance after it’s notched but no tire shop is going to do that for you. If you want to grind stuff off your wheel that’s on you but you could have then install a different stem but you may have to supply it yourself. I would call whatever tire so before you go and see if they carry them.

Any chance the beauty rings just got installed wrong and there's supposed to be an opening somewhere for the valve stem to be able to be accessed from?

If not... you'll need to notch those rings or get 90 degree valve stems installed, which may or may not cause an issue with the TMPS.
