Well that only took for ever. All moved in. Had lunch and spent to much money at the gift shop.

One of the builders who comes in the store is finishing a house across the street and told me there’s some lumber beside the dumpster if’n I wanted it. Carried a trailer, a helper, and a tie down :D

I’ve got a solar set of Mitutoyo, they are solar only. They don’t work that good.

gettin there! Finish toolpath finished... ran my indicator along the bottom and referenced the top face to get an idea on the true position callout they have on the cavity surface. about .0006" shallow.. so adjusting and running again. Should be good once I get it dialed in.. for the most part. I do need to touch off the tool before every cavity feature as the head seems to float after running for 3+ hours at 12k RPM. I also talked the Bossman into letting me bail on the "leave extra material, mask, blast, reload into machine to clean up" process.. and just establish everything in the machine at once, and then blast the entire part. The process of loading back into the machine was just for cosmetic purposes as there was inherently overspray after blasting.. even with masking. lol So now its done in the machine and blast and done.

These are for medical devices. We do a lot of the components for Ultrasound and Mammogram machines for a certain well known medical company. These are most likely for one of those two.
