Strange. It looks to me like something is bleeding through from underneath. I've seen that happen with a solvent wasn't removed prior to paint.

You have a brand new truck. TSB or not, the dealer should take of that for you free of charge.

I just returned from the body shop. They want $300 cash to repaint the hood. They remove the hood to paint it. These guys are the best around. I am not sure if I want to use the dealers body shop, even if they pay for it. I am sure they would not give me the $300 to have the other body shop do the work. I would hate to have them do it and it look bad. They scratched the tail gate removing the previous dealers badge, they put their logo on the scratch. When I removed their sticker I could see the scratch. I have locks on my wheels and they did not kknow where the key was. They told me to send in the lock code to the lock company and they would send me a key( I had to pay). They ordered a bed mat for me and put it in the truck. I looked at it when I got home, it was 14 inches short, I have the standard bed they ordered one for a short bed. I bought my truck before Christmas and I still don't have my registration. They said there was a problem with my insurance card. I had nothing but problems with them. What would you do?

Went to the dealer today. They sent me to their body shop guy and he said the hood needed to be repainted. I went back to the dealer and there happen to be a Factory rep there. He oked the repaint. He wanted to try to use a heat gun on the stained area. He thought it might work. I didn't mind, they were willing to take care of the problem. Two hours later he had the stain out. It was caused by the wrap guard. Looks like new. Thanks Joe
