The front diff output driver side has needle bearings and I guess they all go out after putting lift kits and replace it with a bushing ECGS is the company name I believe

I have not seen any evidence that “they all go out after putting lift kits”. I have not even seen one single report that confirmed that the needle bearing was damaged from a lift. There are a few reports that a mysterious vibration went away after installing the ECGS bushing. Most reports are from people that installed the ECGS bushing regardless of a vibration. This all from my casual reading of the forum and shouldn’t taken as rigorous analysis.

IMHO, there is not enough evidence to conclude that the ECGS bushing is required after a lift. There’s too many variables and different accounts and opinions. I didn’t install one and have not had any issues. If I get a vibration I will consider installing the bushing

I don’t get my info from here I do use it to confirm and our use for 2nd opinion who knows maybe They all don’t go but in general eventually most do go out and quicker with a lift I put about 15,000 miles about 15 different hunts lots of heavy pulling but the reason mine went out is because my front end fell through an old rotting bridge that should have probably needed a tow truck to get it out I put it in 4 and rolled back out easy then drove 100 miles for my cousins graduation party when I was leaving is when I first heard it.. extra weight harder cv angles they make them to stay stock but by lifting it’s no longer the reliable part it was
