Yeah I've been having the same issue as well! Bilstein 6112s, JBA UCAs, and oddly enough the noise started the week I got it aligned for the first time in a couple years. Clank when driving forward or reverse with the steering wheel turned hard right, and occasionally over bumps. This truck has always made a drivers side front end crunch but it went away for the most part when I did the suspension.

Time to check the body mounts. Do you know if you can visually inspect them without taking it apart?

You should be able to. @tonered were you able to inspect yours when you swapped em?

No. Esp with a stock bumper, it is a tough area to get a view of. Access is half of the work. Easy job overall though.

For what it is and the low cost, throwing bushings at this noise is good idea, IMHO.

    They were toast:

Wonder if this is my issue. I just bought this truck, new, and went over a bump I drive over often. But this time it made a rather loud clunk/pop when I went over it slowly. Truck has only 194 miles on it.

I’ll take a look but may just have the dealer look it over.

Tony what'd you replace them with? I may make a preemptive strike. I know there's aftermarket mounts out there with some much better than others.

That was the Energy Suspension Universal Kit. They're hair thicker than stock. But, Rogue Offroad is now offering a full kit for the 3rd Gens:
